What a great post. Too often in my work I bump into this very problem as being at the core of so many things. Unfortunately, much like you’ve pointed to it can be so difficult for people (not just executives) to confront and do something about. Having said that … it is totally possible … and the more of us helping organizations do so, the better it will become … even little by little. Thanks!
