When I started running a few years ago, I wanted to commit to running every day. Needless to say I struggled to meet that goal. That’s when I got some of the best advice I’ve ever received about running. It’s ok and even necessary to cheat on occasion. Ever since then it’s been so much easier to get to keep going by allowing myself to break the rules. Great article and thoughts … thanks!
